Quick answers

Billing

Reactivate a suspended service
To reactivate a service suspended due to non-payment, simply complete the payment. Our systems are integrated with the payment gateways, and the service will be reactivated as soon as the payment is confirmed. Please note that for this reason, it is not possible to reactivate the service without payment confirmation, nor is it necessary to send a payment receipt.
Cancel the service
A service can only be cancelled while it has open invoices. To cancel, go to Invoices and payments in the panel, find the service and click Cancel service. If the button is not available, the service is in the middle of its billing period, so it cannot be cancelled from the panel. If you want it cancelled right away, just open a ticket, but note that the remaining days will not be refunded. Also remember that all stored data is permanently deleted after cancellation.
Change payment method
If your service uses Automatic payment and you want to change the payment method, go to Invoices and payments in the panel, find the service and click Switch to manual. Close to the invoice due date, you will receive an email and can pay with the new payment method.
Disable automatic payment
To turn off Automatic payment, go to Invoices and payments in the panel, find the service and click Switch to manual. From then on, payments must be made manually. You will receive an email reminder close to the invoice due date.

Technical

No SSH access to my server
If you lose SSH access to your VPS, we recommend restarting the server first. Most access problems come from the operating system and are solved this way. To restart, open the server in the panel and click Restart at the top of the page. If the server does not respond, use Force shutdown (under the more actions button) and then Turn on.

If the problem persists, use the recovery console: it gives you the server terminal even with a broken network, firewall or SSH configuration. To open it, click Console at the top of the server page.

If you do not need the data stored on the server, you can also reinstall the operating system. Reinstalling resets all settings to their defaults and fixes problems. To reinstall, open the Reinstall tab, choose the system and confirm.

If you are still having trouble, just open a ticket and we will look into it quickly.
Port release
All VPS servers are provisioned with a dedicated IP, which means no port blocking is done, and all ports are available for use, except for port 25. If you need to use port 25, please open a ticket detailing the reason for the port release and attach a photo ID (ID card or driver's license) for validation of your registration and subsequent port release. This procedure is mandatory as part of our anti-spam policy.
Resource upgrade
To upgrade your server's resources (memory, storage, vCPUs and so on), open the server in the panel, go to the Plan tab, choose the new plan and continue to payment. Only the prorated difference for the remaining days is charged, and the resources are available on your server as soon as the payment is confirmed. A quick reboot may be needed for the operating system to apply the changes.
Resource downgrade
For technical reasons, downgrades are not possible.
